YOU ROCK!
I remember toeing the line of my first 5K. I felt nervous and full of butterflies and had a fear of the unknown. Our shared experience is we all started somewhere. Perhaps you have your own story of your first race experience and the emotions that swarmed you before taking your first steps on the road or trail. As in life, first time challenges can feel overwhelming and daunting. But nothing is as rewarding as setting a goal, taking a risk and realizing you're capable of accomplishing more then you imagined.
We’re celebrating YOU. The woman runner. Whether you’re tall, small or curvy. Whether you run with the back of the pack or lead the front. Attacking your first race or your 50th. We’re celebrating you. The strong, beautiful, confident woman you are. And we KNOW you Rock The Trails.
We hope you'll join us for the 9th Annual She Rocks the Trails event. The event will take place on September 2, 2023 from the Auburn Dam Overlook in Auburn, CA.
